About NetMoneyLab

Last updated: Oct 16, 2026

NetMoneyLab explains, with real costs and cited sources, how to sell on marketplaces and through your own online store, run ads, bring customers to a local business and earn money online in legitimate ways. Our tagline sums it up: online income, minus the hype.

We write for small sellers, people getting ready to sell, local business owners and anyone looking for side or full-time income online. The site is published in English (United States) and Portuguese (Brazil).

Why “Lab”

A lab is where things get tested before anyone recommends them. That is how we approach every topic: we compare fees, check the rules in each platform’s official help center, add up the cost and the time involved, and say plainly who a path is not for. When something depends on luck, on money you can’t afford to lose or on a claim nobody can back up, we say that too.

What we cover

Our content is organized into six categories:

  • Marketplaces: Amazon, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop and Walmart. Fees, FBA, seller metrics and on-platform ads.
  • Online Store: Shopify, WooCommerce, shipping, payments, inventory tools and fulfillment.
  • Ads & Traffic: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, marketplace ads and SEO.
  • Local Business: Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, reviews and delivery.
  • Social & Content: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creator monetization.
  • Online Income: affiliate marketing, freelancing, digital products, services and scam alerts.

Every article includes an “In practice” box that spells out what changes for you, what it costs, how long it takes and what the risks are.

How we produce our content

Articles are bylined NetMoneyLab Newsroom and written with the help of artificial intelligence, based on open sources we actually read: platform help centers, official blogs, government agencies and specialist publications. The work follows fixed editorial rules and is overseen by our editor. Sources are linked at the end of every article.

We don’t promise earnings, we don’t sell courses, and we don’t recommend pyramid schemes, gambling, trading or paid-task apps. The details are in our Editorial Policy.

Who is behind it

NetMoneyLab was founded and is edited by Clóvis Eduardo Escarabelin. He runs paid ad campaigns for local businesses and sells on Amazon with his own store, and he sets the editorial line and the quality rules every piece of content follows.
