Bottom line: Walmart lists no setup or monthly fees, and charges a 6% to 15% referral fee only when a sale completes. The entry bar is the real cost: business tax ID, a track record and US fulfillment.
A referral fee is Walmart's cut of each sale, taken after the sale completes. "Total sales price" includes the item price plus shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges.
Take our example: a pet product sold for $40 with $6 shipping charged to the buyer. The total sales price is $46, and Pet Supplies is 15%, so the referral fee is $6.90.
The referral fee is only one line.
